The Harmony Amplifier capsule was a collaboration between Joel Tudor and Loomstate. This video was made by John McSwain and Moose Huerta. It a voice message Joel had left for Moose mixed with some footage from Thomas Campbell’s Seedling and images from the collection. The collection was exclusively available at Barneys New York Co-Op and American Rag. Hopefully you were able to get some because it’s been long sold out.

Barneys New York not A "Barney"
Our family at Barneys New York (never use an apostrophe) made this whole capsule possible. Just wanted to clarify the definition between Barneys New York and a "Barney"
Barneys New York is a chain of upscale department stores headquartered in New York City, under the leadership of Fashion Director Julie Gilhart and Creative Director (and window-dresser) Simon Doonan. (Wikipedia.org)
A Barney is someone who doesn’t surf very well. The term was derived from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon character Barney Rubble on “The Flintstones.” Usage: “Get out of my way, ya barney.” (Surfing magazine, 1989)
Check out the photos of our in store display at The Mens Co-Op in Beverly Hills (left) and Madison Ave (right).
We almost soiled our boardshorts when we heard that we were getting a window at the coveted Madison Flagship.

The Prophecy fit is our regular rise, straight fit through the hips, and a classic back rise. Regular leg through the thigh, and perfectly straight from the knee to the leg opening. The Prophecy in the Harmony wash is exclusively available through Barneys New York.

Joel picked up this book about 7 years ago in Tokyo. Even though Joel listens to a lot of reggae he's not all that cosmic of a dude. Joel told us "Tom Morey and crew were deep into the cosmic sci-fi trip back in the 60's, and thats what this book reminded me of when I found it." Rogan was thumbing through the book and spotted the Harmony Amplifier diagram and decided it was the one. And that is how the graphic inspiration for the capsule was born.
